Magnum Opus “Pen Power”

 

Encyclopedia “Pen Power” has been a major project and publication of AILWA.   Containing 930 letters from 195 letter-writers, including foreigners like Andre Habisch, Bertrand Russell, Chester Bowles, and historic personages like Mahatma Gandhi, B. R. Ambedkar, Annie Besant, Indira Gandhi and others, it is the first book of its kind in the entire world and has been entered as such in the Limca Book of World Records, 2001.

 

Compiled, Researched, Edited and Designed by Dr. Leo Rebello, the President of AILWA this is a “compendium of ‘bold letters’ full of humanism, history, philosophy, politics, culture, religion, literature, arts, science, law, education, health – all woven together into a myriad fabric.  The book is a treasure trove for the students and teachers of Journalism and planners, administrators and politicians alike”.  The book is “dedicated to all those lion-hearted people who keep on fighting for justice, against all odds.”
